
Sales and Revenue Director

DMCI PDI Hotels, a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is hiring for a Sales and Revenue Director The successful candidate will be hired directly by DMCI PDI Hotels. Your Role As the Sales and Revenue Director , you will be a key driver of the resort's success, overseeing all aspects of the hotel's sales strategy, revenue management, and distribution channels.
Your role involves maximizing hotel revenue through strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership. Develop and execute sales and revenue strategies to meet or exceed budgeted room nights and revenue goals. Lead and manage the Sales, Revenue, and Reservations teams.
Analyze market trends, demand forecasts, and competitor data to optimize pricing and inventory strategies. Utilize marketing plans to identify new business opportunities. Implement transient/group inventory restrictions and pricing strategies to maximize revenue from a rate and occupancy perspective, using Projected Strategy Analysis and Rate Strategy Analysis.
Maintain relationships with key corporate, group, travel agency, and event clients. Manage group cutoff dates, review rooming lists, monitor group activity, and communicate with group contacts as needed. Lead Daily Business Review and Weekly Sales Strategy meetings.
Prepare and present performance reports, revenue forecasts, and budget updates to senior leadership. Collaborate with the General Manager and other departments to align goals.
Drive digital distribution, OTA optimization, and growth in direct bookings. Contribute to annual budget and Strategic Sales Plan development using sales and revenue data. Ensure team training in sales tactics and revenue management systems.

Ability to leverage industry relationships to increase market share in the MICE segment. Senior leadership and management experience in sales and revenue functions in upscale resort and MICE hotels. Ability to develop a high-performing, service-oriented team.
