BGC, Taguig
, is looking for an experienced
Business Development Director
to lead growth initiatives, expand market presence, and build strong client partnerships. This role will oversee key accounts, drive new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
What You'll Do:
- Lead business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and grow key client partnerships.
- Research market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and processes.
- Guide and mentor Business Development Managers.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of proven experience in IT sales/business development.
- Strong track record of winning new business and growing revenue.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage profitability and ROI.
