Job Description:The Senior Revenue Growth Director plays a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion and profitability by setting ambitious targets, expanding the customer base, and leading nationwide sales operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Establish and achieve strategic gross profit and revenue sales targets.
- Monitor and verify accounts receivables to ensure seamless cash flow.
- Oversee provincial warehouse utilization and manage Sales Specialists nationwide to optimize performance.
- Set revenue targets for each channel and category to maximize growth opportunities.
- Implement effective strategies to boost gross profit per channel and category.
- Expand the customer base through innovative product integration into existing channels and categories.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to enhance skills and performance.
- Develop and oversee marketing strategies, including digital marketing and website management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Proven experience in digital marketing, inbound strategies, and online sales platforms is necessary. Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and manage a high-performing team are essential.
