Job Description:

The HR and Admin (HRAD) Generalist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources and administrative functions. This role involves handling employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, benefits coordination, HR documentation, and compliance. The HR Admin Generalist will ensure the smooth running of HR operations and contribute to the development of a healthy and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and 201 files (physical and digital).
  • Monitor and track employee attendance, tardiness, and leaves; generate related reports.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, memos, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support the payroll process by gathering and verifying timekeeping and attendance data.
  • Coordinate employee benefits and assist with government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Address employee concerns and escalate issues as needed to HR leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, answering HR-related inquiries, and assisting other departments when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience in human resources, administrative support, or related roles.
  • Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Can handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work onsite and report to office as required.
