We're looking for an organized and people-oriented professional who enjoys ensuring smooth HR operations to support the day-to-day functions of our Human Resources Department — from recruitment and employee documentation to contract monitoring and benefits processing. What You'll Do:


• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews

• Process employee requirements such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN

• Prepare employment contracts, IDs, and other HR-related documents

• Monitor tardiness, attendance, and contract renewals

• Maintain accurate 201 files and HR databases (e.g., employee status, movements, and leave records)

• Facilitate the onboarding of new hires and ensure compliance with company policies

• Prepare Certificates of Employment and process separation/quitclaim documents

• Support inter-departmental communication and meeting coordination

• Handle administrative HR tasks as needed by the HR Supervisor and Manager

What We're Looking For:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

• At least 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficient in verbal and written communication

• A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude
