About the role

We are seeking an HR Associate to join our dynamic team at Momentum Construction and Development Corporation in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing the compensation and benefits functions for our organization. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the overall HR strategy and support the professional development of our valued employees.

What you'll be doing

  1. Administering and maintaining employee compensation and benefits programs
  2. Assisting with the implementation of new HR initiatives and policies
  3. Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  4. Collaborating with the HR team to enhance employee engagement and retention
  5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
  6. Supporting the HR Manager in various projects and initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. 0-2 years of experience in a similar HR Associate or Compensation & Benefits role
  2. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and relevant labor laws and regulations
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in using HR information systems and data analysis tools
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  6. Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
