Job Summary:

The HR Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department by managing various administrative and operational tasks. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient processes related to payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and employee documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Wage Computation:

  2. Compute weekly and bimonthly wages for all workers accurately and in a timely manner.

  3. Government Benefits Administration:

  4. Prepare and manage monthly government benefits for workers, ensuring compliance with regulations.

  5. Recruitment:

  6. Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new employees as needed.

  7. Processing Employee Requirements:

  8. Handle processing of workers' requirements, including IDs, ATM cards, and other necessary documentation.

Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Relations:

  2. Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive workplace environment.

  3. Record Keeping:

  4. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

  5. HR Policies and Procedures:

  6. Help enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company goals and legal regulations.

  7. HR Reporting:

  8. Generate and maintain HR reports for management, providing insights on workforce metrics and trends.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a human resources role is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
Working Conditions:
  • Office environment with standard working hours, monday to saturday.
  • May require occasional overtime during peak periods.
