We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate to support our Human Resources department. The HR Associate will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases and systems.
  • Help administer employee benefits and respond to related queries.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses, leaves).
  • Support HR compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
  • Help organize training sessions and HR events.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as requested by management.
  • Support performance review processes and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
