About the role

Here in Aura Southprime Developers Inc., a Property Management Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and administration of the properties managed by the company. Their primary goal is to ensure the properties are well-maintained, financially sustainable, and provide excellent tenant or homeowner satisfaction.

What you'll do

Property Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and repairs of facilities, utilities, and common areas.
  • Conduct regular inspections to uphold property quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs and improvements.

Tenant & Homeowner Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, unit owners, and homeowners' associations.
  • Handle tenant/homeowner inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Organize and facilitate community meetings or homeowner association (HOA) discussions.

Lease & Contract Administration

  • Monitor lease agreements, renewal schedules, and rent collection.
  • Ensure compliance with property laws, lease terms, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with legal teams for contract enforcement and dispute resolution.

Financial & Budget Management

  • Assist in budget planning for property maintenance and operations.
  • Track and manage property expenses, association dues, and financial reports.
  • Ensure proper collection of rents, service fees, and association dues.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure properties comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
  • Implement security measures to protect property assets and occupants.
  • Assist in risk assessments and disaster preparedness planning.

Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with sales, engineering, finance, and legal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide property insights and recommendations to support company decision-making.

What we're looking for

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Real Estate Management or any related field.
  • With at least three (3) years of related working experience
  • Strong knowledge of property laws,, and building management.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and property maintenance protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities to handle property-related issues.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail for contract management, compliance, and operational tasks.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
  • Willing to start as soon as possible
