As an HR Associate, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help SGV deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace, and support the organization's growth and profitability. Your key responsibilities:

• Initiate onboarding of new hires, including creation of employee records and collection and monitoring of pre-employment documents
• Maintain employee files in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure adherence of Firm professionals to regulatory guidelines and requirements
• Prepare reports for internal use and statutory reporting
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR services
• Process employee separations and assists in preparation of clearance documents

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• A bachelor's degree in Psychology, or any equivalent course—fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
