What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer orders
  2. Mix, pour, and serve drinks while adhering to strict quality and safety standards
  3. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly maintained
  4. Provide friendly and attentive customer service, offering recommendations and suggestions to enhance the customer experience
  5. Assist in inventory management and ordering of bar supplies as needed
  6. Follow all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages
  7. Collaborate with the wider food and beverage team to ensure a seamless and cohesive dining experience for guests

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment
  2. Excellent mixology skills and extensive knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and bar tools
  3. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
  4. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities to effectively manage a busy bar
  5. Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
  6. Adherence to all food safety and liquor licensing regulations
  7. Flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
