Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive agent acquisition, build strong pipelines, and foster relationships that power growth. Your expertise in outreach, training, and collaboration will shape success for both agents and the platform.
Job Overview
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Weekends Off
Work setup: Permanent WFH

The Qualifications We Seek
- 3 to 5 years of experience
 - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in real estate or a tech startup environment
 - Strong understanding of the real estate industry and the needs of agents
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders
 - Self-starter with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals
 - Comfortable using CRM tools, Zoom, and webinar platforms to manage outreach and engagement
 - Based in Sydney, with the ability to travel locally as needed
 
Your Daily Tasks
- Agent Acquisition: Proactively identify, prospect, and reach out to real estate agents to introduce them to iDownsize.
 - Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve onboarding and activation targets.
 - Outreach Activities: Conduct cold calls, Zoom meetings, in-person presentations (on site at real estate offices), and webinars to showcase the platform's value proposition.
 - Onboarding and Training: Guide new agents through the onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the platform's potential.
 - Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with agents, acting as their main point of contact.
 - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and features that drive agent success.
 - Feedback Loop: Collect insights and feedback from agents to help refine and improve the platform's offerings and user experience.
