Product Specialist/Sales Specialist

Preferences:

Schedule:
4 days weekdays (either M-TH or T-F, fixed) and alternating weekends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate key clients for the different brands and products in the portfolio to expand its client base
  • Present sales proposals to prospective clients to increase business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional sales and after-sales service by preparing accurate product quotations, efficiently placing and monitoring orders, and collaborating with the technicians to resolve technical queries
  • Continuously develop client relationships to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Predict potential sales by analyzing market and business trends
  • Actively participate in marketing activities to support brand growth

Job Qualifications:

  • Holds a Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Excellent communication and strong collaboration skills
  • Experience in sales, particularly in retail, is preferred but not required
  • Possess strong skills in negotiation, customer service, as well as written and oral communication
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
