Sales Strategy Execution

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and account plans tailored to the ingredient sector.
  • Ensure alignment with company sales goals and objectives.
  • Translate strategic plans into actionable activities to drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.

Key Account Management

  • Independently manage and grow 10 top accounts, building strong and lasting customer relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, from inquiries to negotiations.
  • Identify customer needs and propose relevant ingredient solutions (food and non-food).

Performance Monitoring

  • Track sales performance against KPIs and account targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas needing improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Foster trust and loyalty by delivering consistent value and support to clients.
  • Handle escalated concerns and provide solutions that align with both customer needs and company capabilities.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Operations

  • Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and technical teams to support client needs.
  • Manage product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Optimize territory coverage and resource allocation to maximize account potential.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress updates.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and documentation standards.
  • Provide timely reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to leadership.

Motivation and Self-Management

  • Work independently, demonstrating strong discipline, initiative, and goal-orientation.
  • Stay motivated to meet and exceed sales targets without daily supervision.
  • Contribute insights for improving products, services, and processes based on customer feedback.
