Job Summary:

We are looking for a
Sales Executive

who can confidently engage with architects, designers, and clients, present premium furniture collections, and ensure an excellent customer experience from consultation to after-sales service. The role combines
sales, client servicing, and coordination

with design and logistics teams, while also conducting fieldwork to source new leads.

Responsibilities

  • Assist showroom walk-ins including architects, designers, and clients by presenting furniture collections and explaining product features and benefits.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (design, logistics, admin) to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.
  • Create and manage sales documentation including order processing, agent requests, and follow-up on pending orders.
  • Provide excellent sales and after-sales service, including site visits and coordination with foremen and project managers.
  • Conduct fieldwork to source potential leads and clients.
  • Handle administrative tasks like filing reports, sales documentation, and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, Business, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, design, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Professional, personable, and customer-focused.
  • Willing to report to and conduct fieldwork in BGC.
