Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Western Australia, AU Time
Holiday to follow: WA, AU Holidays
Workdays: Mon - Fri
Work Set-up: Work From Home or office.
Work Details: Full-time
About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support a growing Photo Booth business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong attention to detail. This role requires someone inquisitive and customer-focused, who enjoys problem-solving and is keen to grow with the business as it continues to adopt new technologies, including AI, over the next 3–5 years.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide general administrative support across day-to-day business operations
· Manage email correspondence, scheduling, and basic office tasks
· Assist with customer inquiries and bookings, maintaining a professional and friendly approach
· Support order processing and coordination of services
· Ensure attention to detail in handling documents, invoices, and client information
· Adapt and learn new AI tools and processes being introduced into the business
· Assist with basic financial tasks, including invoice tracking and expense support (Xero knowledge advantageous)
Skills & Experience
· 1–3 years' experience in an administrative or customer service role
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally
· Inquisitive mindset with the ability to ask the right questions and make informed decisions
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Customer service background, ideally with experience in web-based product sales (advantageous)
· Basic knowledge of Xero accounting software (preferred but not essential)
· Interest in AI and openness to learning new technologies
