Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm NSW, AU Time or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time
Holiday to follow: NSW, AU Holidays
Workdays: Mon - Fri
Work Set-up: Work From Home or office.

About the Role
Our client, an established e-commerce business based in NSW, is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who has a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. The role will involve providing day-to-day administrative support, including tasks like pricing updates and general office duties, with exposure to e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and email handling
· Update and maintain product pricing and information in company systems
· Provide support to the operations team with order processing and reporting
· Assist with maintaining accurate records across systems and files
· Liaise with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion
· Learn and adapt to new systems and processes as required
Skills & Experience
· 1–2 years' experience in an administrative role (essential)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach
· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify (bonus, not essential)
· Exposure to inventory management systems such as Cin7 (bonus, not essential)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
