What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and issues via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and providing feedback to management
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and empathetic manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to efficiently address customer inquiries
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software to access customer information and document interactions
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and maintain composure under pressure
