About the role
A SYSTEM INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION' is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (Virtual Process) for our exciting WAVE 1 Pioneer Account. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients from the comfort of your own home. The position is based in Mandaue City, Cebu.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
- Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure a positive experience
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by providing feedback and suggestions
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Fluency in English is a must
