About the role
This is a full-time customer service role based in Cebu City, Cebu, providing chat and email support to clients of VICTORIAN PLACEMENT AGENCY'. As a Wave 1 Chat & Email Support agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their enquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
What you'll be doing
- Provide exceptional customer service via chat and email communication channels
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate more complex queries to the appropriate team or department
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience
- Contribute to the overall success of the customer service team

- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
