About the role

This is a full-time customer service role based in Cebu City, Cebu, providing chat and email support to clients of VICTORIAN PLACEMENT AGENCY'. As a Wave 1 Chat & Email Support agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their enquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide exceptional customer service via chat and email communication channels
  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Escalate more complex queries to the appropriate team or department
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience
  • Contribute to the overall success of the customer service team
