Job Purpose:
Ensure smooth and compliant administration of payroll, statutory benefits, and company perks while proactively managing employee relations and workplace concerns.
Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll preparation and ensure timely SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR remittances.
- Administer company benefits such as leaves, allowances, and health insurance.
- Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits records.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and grievances; facilitate conflict resolution.
- Implement and monitor disciplinary actions in line with company policies and labor law.
- Support employee engagement, recognition, and wellness activities.
Compliance & Records
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor standards and internal HR policies.
- Prepare reports and maintain confidential HR files.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' HR experience focused on payroll/C&B and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of PH labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
