Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, files, and HR databases
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., preparing documents, scheduling orientations)
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Coordinate with other departments for HR-related documentation
- Monitor and track attendance, leave requests, and other timekeeping matters
- Assist in processing HR-related billings (e.g., government contributions, benefits, training expenses)
- Help prepare reports and summaries as required by HR management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor regulations
- Support in organizing internal HR activities and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, timekeeping, and employee records
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
