What you'll be doing

  1. Administering employee onboarding, offboarding, and records management
  2. Assisting with recruitment, selection, and placement of new hires
  3. Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
  4. Coordinating employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processing
  5. Implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  6. Providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related needs
  8. Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Specialist or similar role
  2. Excellent understanding of human resources best practices and labour laws
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships
  4. Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  5. Problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
  6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  7. Certification in HR management or CIPD qualification is a plus
