HR and Admin Assistant

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews)
- Prepare employment contracts, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding documents. Also maintaining and update employee records, 201 files, and HR database.
- Assist in timekeeping and attendance monitoring as well as in processing of employee movements such as promotions, regularization, or resignation.
- Help in the preparation of HR reports (headcount, leave credits, etc.)
- Support performance evaluation process and training coordination
- Handle payroll process and HRIS systems
- Monitor office supplies and equipment; prepare requisitions when needed
- Handle general clerical duties including filing, encoding, scanning, and photocopying
- Organize and maintain office files and documents
- Serve as a point of contact for maintenance and facility-related concerns
- Ensure proper implementation of office rules and policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (welcome to recent graduates)
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills as well as in decision-making
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, PowerPoint,) and Canva
- Trustworthy, Discreet, and can handle confidential information
- Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of labor laws and government-mandated benefits is a plus
