About the role

Bayanilife Inc. is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Tarlac City, Tarlac. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our organisation, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions. This full-time position is an integral part of our Human Resources department and offers excellent opportunities for professional development within a thriving company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Administering HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  2. Partnering with managers to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  3. Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
  5. Coordinating and administering benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
  6. Assisting with the design and implementation of HR initiatives, such as training and development programs
  7. Providing support and advice to employees on HR-related matters
  8. Collaborating with the broader HR team to continuously improve HR processes and policies

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters
  5. Proficient in HR software and technology, including HRIS systems and MS Office suite
  6. Knowledge of Philippine labour laws and HR best practices
  7. Adaptable and flexible, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
