We're looking for an IT Manager to lead our web and mobile engineering teams and own day-to-day IT operations. You'll manage delivery across frontend ), backend (Laravel/PHP), and mobile app development while ensuring our infrastructure, security, and support processes are reliable and compliant.

What You'll Do

  • People & Delivery Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (frontend, backend, mobile, QA, DevOps/IT).
  • Drive sprint planning, prioritization, and on-time releases; unblock teams and manage risks.
  • Establish engineering best practices: code reviews, documentation, CI/CD, testing standards.
  • Architecture & Hands-On Oversight
  • Guide solution design for web apps, Laravel APIs, and iOS/Android mobile apps.
  • Ensure scalable, secure architecture; champion performance, accessibility, and reliability.
  • IT Operations & Security
  • Own uptime, incident response, and vendor/SaaS management; improve MTTR and SLAs.
  • Implement security controls (access, backups, secrets, patching); support audits/compliance.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Translate business goals into technical roadmaps; manage budgets, licenses, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with product, design, data, and business teams for aligned delivery.
  • Process Improvement
  • Track KPIs (velocity, defect rate, uptime, incident metrics); run retros and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software/IT, including 2+ years in a lead or manager role.
  • Strong hands-on background in:
  • Frontend: and
  • Backend: Laravel (PHP), RESTful APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL
  • Mobile: Native iOS/Android (Swift/Kotlin) or cross-platform (e.g., Flutter/React Native)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions/GitLab CI), and containerization (Docker).
  • Solid grasp of networking fundamentals, device management, and IT asset/security administration.
  • Proven track record delivering products end-to-end in an onsite setup.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to microservices or serverless, Redis, GraphQL, WebSockets.
  • Monitoring/observability (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry).
  • ITIL foundations, SOC2/ISO 27001 practices, or DPA (PH) familiarity.
  • Experience building internal tools, admin consoles, or analytics dashboards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
