Job Overview

The Delivery Manager will act as the key liaison between business units, ERP implementation partners, and IT during the organization's ERP transformation journey, migrating from SAP ECC6 to a modern cloud-based ERP platform (e.g., SAP Grow, Oracle Fusion, Oracle NetSuite, or Microsoft D365). The role is critical in challenging legacy processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and ensuring alignment with global ERP best practices while embedding strict regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping across Finance, Procurement, HR, Asset Management, and other critical functions.
  • Identify and drive the elimination of redundant steps, manual workarounds, and excessive controls that do not add value.
  • Collaborate with ERP vendors to ensure system configurations align with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather requirements, build consensus, and secure stakeholder sign-offs on future-state designs.
  • Integrate regulatory requirements (BSP, AMLA, BIR) into ERP process changes to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and fit-gap analysis.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders by challenging outdated processes constructively and promoting adoption of standardized SaaS ERP functionalities.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of transformation milestones.

Skills & Competencies

  • 7–10 years of experience in Business Analysis and Delivery Management, with at least 3 years dedicated to ERP transformation projects (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, including finance, procurement, and HR domains.
  • Proven expertise in process modeling and documentation (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills across both business and IT teams.
  • Ability to challenge legacy processes diplomatically while influencing adoption of modern ERP practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.

Salary: Open to discuss depending on the career level intended for the role

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php130, Php150,000.00 per month
