IT By Design Philippines
is looking for a
Finance Manager
with strong global finance experience, ideally with exposure to both the
US and Philippine markets
. You'll lead financial operations, planning, and compliance for our Philippines operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to support business growth.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3–5 years of
    managerial experience
  • Expertise in
    local GAAP, tax compliance
    , and
    management reporting
  • Experience with
    intercompany transactions
    and reconciliations
  • Knowledge of
    transfer pricing
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience liaising with
    banks, auditors, tax authorities
    , and consultants
  • Ability to set up internal financial controls

What You'll Do:

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and compliance efforts
  • Oversee daily finance operations and accounting systems
  • Ensure legal and financial compliance
  • Analyze revenue, cash flows, and financial statements
  • Provide insights to support strategic decisions
  • Supervise finance team members
  • Drive profitability improvements and policy enhancements
