Job Title: Product Manager (Mid to Senior Level)

Job Overview:

The Product Manager will play a key role in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of digital products and solutions. This role requires strong leadership in managing the full product lifecycle—from conceptualization and roadmap planning to delivery and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate is data-driven, user-focused, and skilled in Agile methodologies, with a solid understanding of data governance and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and operations to deliver high-impact product features.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and performance data to inform product decisions.
  • Apply Agile and Scrum frameworks to manage product backlogs, define sprint goals, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and usability across the product lifecycle.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer—advocating for user needs, pain points, and experiences in every phase of development.
  • Develop and present clear product requirements, specifications, and reports to stakeholders.
  • Measure and evaluate product performance using key metrics and analytics, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, fostering alignment and transparency throughout the product development process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven experience leading Agile and Scrum product teams.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A user-focused mindset with a passion for creating intuitive, impactful, and scalable products.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics).
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, or data-centric products.
  • Product Owner or Scrum Master certification (CSPO, PSM, etc.).

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: Php80, Php120,000.00 per month
