Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery and support of Marketo solutions across Asia. The Delivery Manager will collaborate with market partners to realize the full potential of Marketo by overseeing customizations, configurations, integrations, and ongoing enhancements. This role requires hands-on involvement in design, development, testing, and change management, while driving highly visible initiatives and ensuring seamless integration with Marketo across regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with regional needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage technical and functional teams through the full project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of Marketo-based solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder negotiations and decision-making to balance business objectives with technical feasibility.
  • Create detailed design and technical documentation.
  • Ensure effective integration of Marketo with other platforms, tools, and business processes.
  • Drive service delivery excellence in line with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign workflows, lead scoring processes, and other operational Marketo functions.
  • Support and guide user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing (ST), and post-production validation.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Marketo components with expertise in technical design, configuration, deployment, and modification.
  • Hands-on experience creating and modifying campaign components, including forms, landing pages, and emails.
  • Proven track record in designing, developing, and implementing custom Marketo solutions using scripting languages and APIs.
  • Practical understanding of all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with adaptability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred:

  • Experience in IT service management and IT delivery best practices.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting expertise within marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with campaign optimization and workflow management in Marketo.

Pay: Php140, Php180,000.00 per month
