HR Employee Relations Assistant

The HR Employee Relations Assistant provides administrative and operational support in handling employee relations matters, assisting in labor relations activities, and ensuring compliance with labor policies and regulations. The role supports investigations, documentation, grievance handling and implementation of disciplinary procedures while helping to maintain positive work environment.
DUTIES, RESPONSBILITIES & OUTPUTS
Employee Relations Support
- Assists in managing employee concerns, complaints and workplace conflict resolution.
- Helps coordinate investigations by collecting documents, scheduling interviews and summarizing finding.
- Monitors employee disciplinary actions and maintain accurate records
Labor Relations Support
- Assists in the preparation and documentation of labor-related activities such as collective bargaining meeting, grievance hearings, or disciplinary conference.
- Tracks and helps implement labor agreement provisions.
Policy and Compliance
- Ensures employee relations activities are in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Assists in updating employee handbooks, policies and notices.
Administrative and Reporting Duties
- Drafts HR Documents such as NTE (Notice to Explain). Notice of Decision (NOD), and other related correspondence.
- Prepares reports and metrics related to employee relations (e.g. case tracking, disciplinary trends)
- Schedules meetings, hearings and interviews as needed.
Qualification and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Psychology or related field.
- at least 1-year relative experience to the position
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Law and DOLE Regulations is preferred.
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills; verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
