Employee Relations:

  • Support the HR team in handling employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in documenting and following up on employee relation cases (e.g., disciplinary actions, conflict resolution).
  • Help maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies in employee-related matters.
  • Support investigations by gathering documentation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Maintain and update employee records related to disciplinary actions, warnings, and performance issues.

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement programs, events, and activities (e.g., town halls, wellness initiatives, recognition programs).
  • Support administration of employee surveys and feedback tools; compile results and assist in preparing reports.
  • Coordinate internal communications related to engagement initiatives, birthdays, anniversaries, and company news.
  • Suggest creative ways to improve employee experience, morale, and participation in company culture.
  • Maintain engagement calendar and track participation metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee files and HRIS records.
  • Assist with HR reporting, data entry, and maintaining HR documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience in an HR support role
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset.

  • Experience in organizing events or team-building activities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
