Job Description

As an HR Support Specialist, you'll oversee the migration of HR processes and employee data to Rippling. You'll ensure accurate data handling, process mapping, and seamless transition while collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams to optimize workflows and maintain compliance across systems.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or HR data management
• Hands-on experience with Rippling (implementation, setup, or migration workflows) is strongly preferred
• Proven experience in HR system transitions or HR tech projects
• Strong data and file management, accuracy, and reporting skills (Excel / Google Sheets proficiency required)
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and time zones

Good to Have:

• Experience with integrations between Rippling and payroll, benefits, or time-tracking tools
• Familiarity with other HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Gusto, or Papaya
• Understanding of HR data compliance and confidentiality standards

Your Daily Tasks

• Support the end-to-end migration of employee data and workflows into Rippling
• Assist in data mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure migration accuracy
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Rippling's implementation team to troubleshoot issues and test functionality
• Prepare and maintain migration documentation, including data dictionaries and process maps
• Conduct quality checks and audits on migrated data and user access configurations
• Provide post-migration support for employee setup, permissions, and workflow testing
• Respond to HR-related queries during the transition and streamline user adoption
• Collaborate with HR Operations to update SOPs and documentation based on new workflows
