What you'll be doing

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs.
  2. Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of beauty products to customers
  3. Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments accurately
  4. Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory
  5. Assist with stock management and replenishment
  6. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the beauty industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  3. Passion for beauty products and a desire to help customers find the perfect items
  4. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to demonstrate and explain product features
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  6. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
