  • Maintain, update 3rd Party trakers' portfolio to ensure that notices are sent according to customer's request
  • Initiate the setup of Secure PDF (electronic delivery) for eligible customers
  • FIRSt database clean-up following FIRSt business and operational standards
  • Develop relationship with FIRSt customers and monitor that they are contract compliant and take action to resolve compliance issues.
  • Build and maintain relationships and collaborate effectively with various departments (such as compliance dev't, product management, RidePOS, and S2S) to ensure service levels are met in assigned territories.
  • Prepare, review and make decisions on such factors as volume, frequency, currency, cost per record and other related factors.
  • Analyze and determine production projections for assigned territory(s) and act as project lead for projects and initiatives in assigned territories.
  • Collaborate effectively to BU partners regarding customers inquiry to ensure that compliance requirement is met
  • Strong problem-solving skills involving research and information seeking skills; asking relevant questions to draw valid conclusions and identifying impacts of decisions applying sound logic
  • Performs Approval DB cleanup evaluation to ensure the accuracy of the FIRSt database
  • Conduct peer-to-peer evaluation of Portfolio Maintenance and DB Cleanup
  • Initiate process improvements to effectively align team's capabilities with current and future needs
  • Coaches and counsels associate as necessary
  • Displays willingness to take on stretch assignments and adhoc tasks
  • Review process documentations for updates and changes; updates the team
  • Assists in root cause analysis and works with the supervisor in creating action plans
  • Propose area for improvement into training needs and proposes accordingly
  • Create and maintain teamwork culture, participates in resolving operational issues effectively, supports process/quality improvement initiatives, trainings and meetings
Qualifications/requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
