Job Summary

The Field Service Dispatcher is a vital role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As the primary point of contact for Field Operations personnel, you will serve as a liaison between customers, Field Operations, and internal business groups.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating and monitoring customer appointments to ensure timely and excellent customer experience. You will also monitor technical status to manage arrival times and shift completion, dispatching all assigned work within the assigned territory to field service technicians and third parties.

Key to your success will be ensuring SLAs and balancing workload between applicable resources, considering factors such as skills and spare parts availability in a most cost effective and efficient manner. You will take action to assign or reassign work to meet customer commitments.

Location

Must be residing in cities in NCR: Makati, Manila, Mandaluyong, Taguig, Pasay, Pasig, San Juan, Quezon City.
