Site Acquisition Territory Expert

Job DescriptionLeads the end-to-end delivery of acquisition and permitting of sites to be Ready for build and leads site development efforts in acquiring quality sites in Wireless in a territory assignment.

Duties and Responsibilities:Overall project management of sites Partner ManagementProvide guidance and information to SAQ vendors towards delivery of required services according to agreed scope and standards. Regular review of daily activity report (DAR) and weekly work plan. Internal process related to site endorsements and closure of sites, such as PR/PO and PCR for dropping of sites.

Develop & maintain strong working relations with all existing partnerships (Electric Cooperatives, HOA, Brgy, LGU's, NGA, Regulatories). Ensures maintenance of a healthy pipeline that will deliver month-on-month RTB targets. Work with SAQ head for target setting per partner and solution.

Formulate strategies to ensure achievement of targets and identify improvement opportunities to drive high performing vendors. Monitors delivery of partners vs LD commitment, and make necessary recommendation for extension or LD application. Collaborates with partner and internal domains for resolution of issues.

Escalation Management Solutioning of escalations via quick kill & end-to-end execution for long-term resolutioning, via coordination with LGUs, Lessors, HOAs and Brgys. Meet with HOA, Brgy, LGU demanding GT presence. Resolve work stoppage issues during implementation.

Random audit of vendor activities to ensure quality acquisition. Engagement in in-house activities, such as Lego and COW negotiation, and completion. Hiring Requirements:With at least 1 year experience in Telco Site acquisition and

Right of Way or Sales field. Open to fresh graduates.

Certification/License: Real Estate License (preferred). Professional certification in property management or leasing (desirable). Competencies: Knowledge and expertise in ROW acquisition/permitting processes.

Supervisory skills. Negotiation skills. Basic technical knowledge.
