As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of daily activities and efficient connection of workers with client needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor our live operations closely to ensure that all shifts are executed flawlessly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise in real-time.
  • Collaborate with the Territory Operations Manager to gain a deep understanding of each customer's requirements and adapt our daily operations accordingly.
  • Foster a positive and trusted experience for workers on our platform by providing them with exceptional support before, during, and after their shifts.
  • Ensure that workers receive excellent support in resolving any issues they may encounter in a timely manner, thereby maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with and manage workers to deliver the necessary personnel to clients as required.
  • Verify that workers clock in and out at the correct times to ensure accurate payment.
  • IDentify opportunities to enhance processes, tooling, and product efficiency and implement improvements as needed.
  • Support initiatives aimed at forward-filling or worker-vetting when necessary.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to master multiple internal systems.
  • Provide assistance to workers in utilizing our app and handle sensitive, complex user-facing issues on the platform.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience in track & trace, logistics coordination, or a similar role at a fast-growing company.
  • Demonstrate the ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Exhibit an ownership mentality and strong work ethic.
  • Display a enthusiastic and positive attitude with strong empathy for customers.
  • Possess excellent customer management skills, including problem-solving and relationship-building.
  • Show grit and willingness to take on hands-on work.
  • Excel in communication, both verbally and in writing.
  • Achieve a balance between attention to detail and swift execution.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Excel in organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
