QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources in Construction industry
  • Familiar with labor laws and practices
  • Above-average communication skills
  • Must be available to start immediately

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implements all rules, regulations and policies of the company at the job site.
  • Issues disciplinary action to erring employees
  • Disseminates new company policies.
  • Assists in the pre-screening of applicants and check all requirements such as NBI clearance, Police Clearance, Barangay Clearance, SSS, PHIC, TIN, HDMF No. and Certificate of Employment.
  • Keeps track all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Prepares replies to incoming communications where and when it is necessary, and recommends appropriate action.
  • Reports to DOLE all resigned/terminated employees.
  • Responsible in monitoring, updating and safekeeping of 201 file documents
  • Prepares incident and accident report.
  • Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
