QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources in Construction industry
- Familiar with labor laws and practices
- Above-average communication skills
- Must be available to start immediately
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implements all rules, regulations and policies of the company at the job site.
- Issues disciplinary action to erring employees
- Disseminates new company policies.
- Assists in the pre-screening of applicants and check all requirements such as NBI clearance, Police Clearance, Barangay Clearance, SSS, PHIC, TIN, HDMF No. and Certificate of Employment.
- Keeps track all incoming and outgoing communications
- Prepares replies to incoming communications where and when it is necessary, and recommends appropriate action.
- Reports to DOLE all resigned/terminated employees.
- Responsible in monitoring, updating and safekeeping of 201 file documents
- Prepares incident and accident report.
- Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
