JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible with end to end recruitment process.
  • Candidate searching, pre-screening and submission of pre-qualified candidates to the Client or Hiring Managers.
  • Coordinating with Hiring Managers about the status of the candidates.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify, discuss and calibrate requisition/s.
  • Utilize network referrals and various job portals to search for potential and qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone interviews to acquire the candidate's information and their overall qualification.
  • Coordinate directly with the hiring managers and clients to arrange interview schedules.
  • Extend formal job offer to successful candidates.
  • Manage the candidate throughout the recruitment process until onboarding.
  • Ensures that department requirements are met within the given timeline. Performs other related functions from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With 1-2 years solid End-to-End Recruitment work experience from the BPO industry.
  • Preferred but not required: College Graduate of Human Resource or business related course.
  • Proficient with computer, internet and MS office applications (Excel).
  • Can Start ASAP.
  • Willing to work Onsite at Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City.
