As a Technical Recruiter at Top Source Executive Search, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top technical talent across IT, software development, data, and engineering disciplines. Your primary role is to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—identifying talent, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and recommending candidates who align with our clients' technical and cultural requirements. Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including IT, software engineering, development, data analytics, and infrastructure.
· Source, attract, and engage top talent using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, referrals, and networking.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future technical roles.
· Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Partner with hiring managers and clients to define job requirements and role specifications.
· Manage interview scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
· Conduct initial technical assessments and collaborate with technical leads for deeper evaluation.
· Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and documentation standards.
· Maintain recruitment data and reports for performance tracking.
· Represent TSES with professionalism and industry knowledge at all times.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (in-house or agency) with a focus on IT, engineering, or software roles.
· Strong understanding of technical skills and job market trends in IT, data, and engineering sectors.
· Demonstrated ability to headhunt, pipeline, and close top-tier technical candidates.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency with ATS/HRIS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, etc.).
· Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if compensated with relevant experience.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resourceful.
· Experience in offshore recruitment or global talent markets is an advantage.
