We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven
Technical Recruiter
to join our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT and technical hiring, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or any related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in IT/Technical recruitment, preferably in an RPO or enterprise setting
  • Proven experience sourcing top-tier IT and technical talent across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Indeed, etc. Skilled in leveraging Boolean search techniques and advanced filters to identify passive candidates and niche skill sets
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across various domains
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Adaptable and resilient in dynamic, high-volume recruitment environments
  • Willingness to start immediately is highly preferred

Location: Eastwood, Libis QC

Shift: Day Shift - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home)
