Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Corporate Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sourcing and hiring for executive-level and technical roles, with the ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the competitive tech and leadership hiring landscape in the region and globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level and technical positions, from intake meetings and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Executive Hiring: Work closely with leadership teams to identify and attract high-caliber candidates
- Tech Hiring Expertise: Recruit for roles across engineering, data science, product management, DevOps and other specialized tech functions.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers, HR, and department heads to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, talent communities, referrals, etc.) to attract passive and active talent.
- Employer Branding: Help promote the company's brand as an employer of choice in the tech and executive talent markets.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, candidate conversion rates, and quality-of-hire.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine recruitment strategies and practices to ensure efficiency, scalability, and candidate satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate or agency recruitment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-level requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Background in headhunting or executive search firms is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and offer negotiation for senior and technical roles.
