We are hiring a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across multiple IT domains. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs
  • Manage recruitment pipelines and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify talent acquisition best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter or similar role, preferably in IT/technology hiring
  • Strong understanding of technical roles such as software developers, engineers, and IT specialists
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
