Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment process: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding
Understand labor market trends in the construction industry
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Ensure recruitment is fair, transparent, and compliant with laws and regulations
Knowledge of employment and construction site labor laws
Source candidates via online platforms, social media, PESOPost job ads and manage recruitment marketing
Source candidates from various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, agencies, trade networks
Create effective job descriptions and manage advertisements
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools
Schedule interviews, trade tests, and orientations
Coordinate activities with relevant departments and individuals
Assist in negotiating job offers and onboarding
Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities
Develop a pool of qualified candidates proactively
Endorse candidates to HR Manager or Department HeadsPrepare HR reports such as recruitment metrics and summaries
Monitor manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment
Conduct written assessments and analyze results
Perform thorough background checks
Monitor pre-employment requirements and report non-compliance
Contribute to HR process improvements
Stay updated on recruitment tools and suggest enhancements
Ensure QMS related to recruitment is monitored and improved
Perform other duties as assigned
