Job Responsibilities:

  1. According to the existing staffing and business development needs, assist superiors in determining recruitment goals and implementing recruitment plans; optimize various recruitment processes

  2. Equip all kinds of talents according to employment standards, make full use of talents, reasonably allocate employees to the most appropriate positions, and do a good job in talent excavation and introduction;

  3. Connect with relevant personnel departments to assist in completing interviews, ensure that interviews are carried out in a timely manner and that the assessment results meet the job requirements; assist personnel in completing the on-the-job background check process and the issuance of offers.

  4. Responsible for the writing of recruitment advertisements, maintenance and updating of recruitment websites, and information communication of recruitment websites;

  5. Maintain the relationship of recruitment channels, publish recruitment advertisements in a timely manner, and manage recruitment information;

  6. Apply, control and reimburse recruitment expenses;

  7. Establish a talent reserve pool for the enterprise, do a good job in resume management and information confidentiality;

  8. Other matters assigned.

Job requirements:

  1. College degree or above, no recruitment experience, novices are also welcome;

  2. Familiar with Excel, word, ppt and other office software

  3. High sense of responsibility, careful, strong communication and coordination skills and logic;

  4. Good image, confident, enthusiastic, able to give applicants a friendly feeling and establish a good image of the company;

  5. Open to Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read and write in Mandarin and English.
