Position Title:Recruitment, Marketing, & Sourcing Officer

Job Summary:

  • Develop and implement creative recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Design and manage job postings across various platforms, including social media, job boards, and career fairs.
  • Utilize social media networks (e.g., LinkedIn and Facebook) to connect with potential candidates and promote job openings.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team and marketing team to understand the needs and requirements for each role and projects.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
  • Stay updated with the latest recruitment marketing trends and technologies.
  • Enhance employer branding efforts: Develop and execute strategies to promote our employer brand, ensuring a positive and consistent image in the job market.
  • Create compelling content that showcases our company culture, values, and employee experiences through various channels, including social media, blogs, and videos.
  • Measure and report on the success of employer branding initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
  • Create and implement engaging job ads to attract top talent while aligning with the Bank's employer brand and hiring needs
  • Conduct competitor scans and talent mapping to identify industry trends, hiring initiatives, and build a pipeline of potential candidates

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years work experience related to employer branding and marketing
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for maximizing engagement and reach on each platform.
  • Strong content creation and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop compelling and visually appealing social media content.
  • Knowledgeable in social media management and analytics tools, as well as experience in leveraging data to make informed decisions and demonstrate the impact of social media efforts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and emerging technologies
