About the role

Best Reliable Resources Internationale', a leading human resources and recruitment firm, is urgently hiring for the role of Recruitment Officer. This full-time position is located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City Metro Manila. As a Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and screening candidates to support the hiring needs of our diverse range of corporate clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
  • Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and job descriptions
  • Manage the candidate application and interview process from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
  • Provide support in the onboarding of new hires
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the human resources industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and clients effectively
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
