About the Role

As a Recruitment Associate at Best Reliable Resources Internationale', you will play a pivotal role in our vibrant Recruitment team. This full-time position is based in our modern Taguig City, Metro Manila office, where you will collaborate closely with our talented HR professionals to source and secure top talent for our diverse client portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen and evaluate job applications to identify the most qualified candidates
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to candidates
  • Maintain detailed records of the recruitment cycle and provide regular progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies to enhance the company's talent acquisition efforts
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires

What We're Looking For

  • 6 months of experience in a recruitment or HR-related role, ideally within the agency or consulting sector. ( Fresh graduate is welcome to apply )
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both clients and candidates
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
  • Problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations
