Sales Account Executive

Location: Pasay City

About the Role

Join a fast-growing logistics, brokerage, and freight forwarding company, as a Sales Manager.

We're looking for a driven and strategic sales leader who thrives on closing deals, expanding client networks, and driving business growth in logistics, customs brokerage, and warehousing services.

You'll act as an individual contributor while playing a vital role in developing sales strategies, identifying market opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

· Identify and secure clients for freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and warehousing services.

· Build and maintain a broad client network across importers, exporters, and logistics partners.

· Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor movements to capture new opportunities.

· Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipelines for upper management.

· Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry networking events.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or Logistics.

· 3–5 years proven sales experience in brokerage, forwarding, logistics, or warehousing.

· Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Wide and active client network within logistics, import/export, or supply chain sectors.

· Strong understanding of Incoterms, logistics documentation, and customs brokerage processes.

· Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) is not required but is an advantage.

· Excellent skills in strategic selling, negotiation, and customer relationship management.

· Proficient in sales forecasting, data analysis, and market research.

· Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

· Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Compensation and Benefits

· Base salary of ₱25,000 + high commission structure
